Morty Smith C-137 t-shirt

After Ricks Love Potion #9 went awry and caused everyone in Mortys high school to fall in love with him, Rick tried to fix this but accidentally turned them all into praying mantis monsters. A second fix then turned the entire planet - bar the Smith/Sanchez household - into Cronenbergs. Rick and Morty then fled dimension C-137 to a dimension where their Rick and Mortys had died, and took their place.
